Each customer or company or establishment contracted with OQ Internet Integrated Solutions Company and /or "UCG" has the rights to edit or modify its ordered services within the construction period if and only if the new modifications not exceed the overall construction period.

OQ Internet Integrated Solutions Company and /or "UCG" has the full rights to cancel or edit any current services or offers unless this cancellation or modification intersects with any customer contract.

OQ Internet Integrated Solutions Company and /or "UCG" has the full rights to modify, add or drop any of its terms without any client notification.

OQ Internet Integrated Solutions Company and /or "UCG" has the rights to cancel, suspend, terminate or sell any customer services, sub-services or any related services if the customer has one or more holding - unpaid invoices.

Note: OQiis.com - UCG.AE: has three status on invoices: PAID - UNPAID - CANCELLED, and while we offer some payment methods which may fail after few days, so UCG-OQiis may use this term to stop any fake buyers. keeping in mind that UCG-OQiis will never force customers to renew services.

OQ Internet Integrated Solutions Company and /or "UCG" can guaranty all renewal fees that it would be equal or less the purchase price.

OQ Internet Integrated Solutions Company and /or "UCG" is not responsible to refund any advanced payment if and only if the customer revoked OQ Internet Integrated Solutions Company and /or "UCG" Contract. The advanced payment used to be “1/2 or 1/3”.
